Registered Office: A registered office is the official address for a UK company or partnership. It must be a physical address in the UK (it cannot be a PO Box) and it is a place for the company to receive official mail and it must be registered at Companies House.
Mail forwarding: Statutory mail will be forwarded. Non-statutory mail will be forwarded at cost or opened and scanned at a cost of 14 pence per item as a handling charge plus the actual postage charges.
Maintaining statutory books: This includes registers of members, directors and secretaries.
Monitoring changes in relevant legislation: This also includes monitoring changes in legislation regarding the regulatory environment and taking appropriate action.
Filing annual returns: This also includes filing other statutory documents at Companies House.
Directors’ service addresses: This will keep the directors’ addresses private.
Board and Committee Meetings: Arranging a meeting date, time and location, sending the notice and agenda. Taking professional minutes to ensure complete records of all decisions, regulatory compliance, the company direction and strategy. Recording and collating matters arising and action points via meeting software.
